These terms apply to use of veyrastone.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated under the VeyraStone brand as a business-to-business natural-stone information and inquiry website.
These website terms do not replace a signed quotation, order confirmation, supply agreement, fabrication agreement, shipping term, or other project contract. If a signed commercial agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls for that transaction.
1. Informational purpose
The Site supports material discovery, comparison, specification questions, and structured inquiries. Catalogue pages, journal articles, application references, downloads, and form responses are general information unless VeyraStone expressly confirms otherwise in writing for a named project.
Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, guarantee of stock, reservation of a slab, quotation, delivery promise, engineering approval, or professional architectural, structural, fabrication, installation, legal, or financial advice.
2. Natural-stone variation and verification
Natural stone varies in color, movement, mineral content, fissures, repairs, finish response, dimensions, and physical properties. A sample, photograph, screen image, trade name, or earlier lot may not represent the material later proposed for an order.
Before specification or purchase, the parties should identify and confirm in writing the relevant slab or lot, dimensions, thickness, finish, quantity, tolerances, natural-feature acceptance, repair or resin disclosure, test documents, fabrication scope, packing, logistics, price, taxes, timing, and payment terms.
Project-critical performance must be supported by evidence appropriate to the selected stone and application. Generic values or descriptions on the Site are not a substitute for current-lot test data, professional review, or an approved mock-up.
3. Images and project evidence
The Site labels AI-generated editorial and application references. Those images illustrate design or specification context; they do not show current inventory, a VeyraStone facility, staff, an owned quarry, or a completed project unless the page explicitly says so and the evidence gate has approved publication.
Project case studies are published only after source evidence, representative imagery, and publication permission are reviewed. An empty project archive is not evidence that a project occurred.
4. Inquiries and communications
Submitting a form authorizes VeyraStone to use the supplied contact details to respond to that inquiry. It does not create an order, trade account, exclusivity, reservation, or obligation to quote.
Do not submit payment-card data, identity documents, regulated personal information, malicious files, or confidential drawings through the public form. Use an agreed secure channel when sensitive project files are required.
Email is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, confidential, or received. Material commercial commitments must be captured in the applicable written agreement.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Site for lawful evaluation of VeyraStone content and services. You must not:
- interfere with Site security or availability;
- attempt unauthorized access to administration, data, or systems;
- introduce malware or abusive automated traffic;
- scrape or reproduce the Site at a scale that unreasonably burdens it or violates applicable rights;
- misrepresent Site content, images, or disclosures as proof of inventory, certification, origin, ownership, or completed work; or
- use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
Ordinary search-engine crawling consistent with the published robots rules is permitted. Machine-readable files such as robots.txt, sitemaps, and llms.txt describe discovery preferences but do not grant ownership rights in the content.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the Site’s original text, layout, graphics, code, and VeyraStone branding are owned by or licensed for use by VeyraStone and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may quote limited portions with attribution for legitimate commentary or project evaluation where the law permits. You may not reproduce substantial Site content, remove disclosures, sell copies, train or distribute a competing content corpus in violation of applicable rights, or imply endorsement without written permission.
Third-party standards, government materials, trademarks, and linked resources remain subject to their respective owners’ terms.
7. External sources and links
The Site links to standards organizations, industry bodies, government sources, and other third parties for review context. VeyraStone does not control those sites and does not guarantee their continued availability, completeness, or terms. A link is not an endorsement of every statement or service on the destination site.
8. Availability and changes
The Site may be updated, corrected, suspended, or withdrawn without promising continuous availability. Content may become outdated as lots, suppliers, standards, market conditions, or Site features change. The “last updated” date on a page or article should be considered when relying on it.
9. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an “as available” basis for general B2B information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VeyraStone disclaims implied warranties relating to the Site itself, including uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, and fitness of general Site content for a particular project.
This disclaimer does not exclude a warranty, duty, or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, and it does not alter express obligations in a signed commercial agreement.
10. Responsibility for project decisions
The designer, specifier, fabricator, installer, contractor, engineer, and purchaser remain responsible for their respective professional decisions, code compliance, measurements, support design, fabrication, installation, maintenance, and approval of the actual material.
To the extent permitted by law, VeyraStone is not responsible for loss caused solely by treating general Site content or an illustrative image as a project-specific approval, current quotation, inventory confirmation, or professional design instruction.
11. Privacy and cookies
Use of personal information through the Site is described in the Privacy Notice. Browser storage and analytics consent are described in the Cookie Policy.
12. Commercial terms and applicable law
The registered contracting party, governing law, dispute process, Incoterm, delivery point, and other transaction terms must be identified in the signed quotation or agreement. These website terms intentionally do not invent a legal-entity name or transaction jurisdiction that has not been confirmed for the relevant order.
13. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the Site, published evidence model, or business process changes. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the current website terms apply to that later use; it does not amend an already signed transaction agreement unless that agreement allows it.
