Evidence & Review Methodology

VeyraStone publishes a catalogue value only when its content source, claim scope, review status and date pass the relevant gate. Concept visualization is labeled, testing remains not published when reports are absent, and lot-dependent facts remain confirmation requirements. Supplier statements, project cases and artificial products need their own evidence before they can enter public profiles or structured data.

Evidence status controls presentation

Published guidance describes reviewed general process. A reviewed directory relationship connects an approved entity to other entities. Sourcing only means no verified product profile exists. Material profiles distinguish published values, enquiry-only scope, confirmation-required fields, not-published information and items that do not apply. Templates render those states visibly instead of replacing an unknown value with a plausible number.

Media and claims have separate gates

Current profile media is generated reference imagery and is disclosed as concept visualization. It cannot be represented as a slab, lot, factory or installed project. A future real asset requires source identity, rights basis and review. Claims about origin, properties, testing, availability, services or completed work are checked against their own source and public scope before publication.

Review dates reflect substantive work

A review date changes when content, sources, relationships or claim scope receive a substantive editorial review; it is not automatically advanced for freshness. Canonical registry, sitemap, llms.txt and public navigation are generated from the same approved set. A page that fails content, relation, source, duplication or evidence gates does not enter the public index collection.

Written confirmation

What to include in the next brief.

  1. Identify the claim, source, evidence status, reviewer, review date and public scope.
  2. Verify media identity, rights basis and disclosure before public use.
  3. Confirm entity relationships, metadata, schema and visible content use the same approved facts.
  4. Keep unsupported or lot-dependent information unpublished or explicitly marked for confirmation.

Evidence basis

Reviewed sources

Sources support the visible general guidance. They do not approve a selected product, lot, assembly, fabrication method, installation or commercial offer.

Project inquiry

Turn this guide into a written project brief.

Include the application, material direction, dimensions, quantity, destination, needed date and required evidence. Current products, lots, documents, availability and commercial terms are confirmed in writing.
