Commercial Scope Clarification organizes the assumptions behind a stone quotation so material, fabrication, packing, logistics, documents and timing can be compared on the same basis. VeyraStone does not publish live price, stock, minimum order or guaranteed lead time. Every offer should state its inclusions, exclusions, validity, currency, quantity basis and confirmation conditions.
Record material and lot, format, thickness, finished dimensions, finish, quantity, waste or spare allowance and whether fabrication is included. Identify samples, shop drawings, layout, inspection, testing, marking and documentation included in the quoted amount. If quantities are provisional, state the measurement rule and how changes will be priced before the order is accepted.
State crate or bundle scope, protection, loading point, destination, Incoterm, freight, insurance, customs, duties, taxes, unloading and site handling. A delivered price and an ex-works material price are not comparable without those distinctions. Note route and schedule assumptions and which events allow the quotation or delivery estimate to be revised.
A complete offer should identify currency, validity period, payment milestones, reservation conditions, approval deadlines, production or allocation dependencies, cancellation terms, claims procedure and replacement strategy. Legal and contractual review belongs to the parties' advisers. The purpose of this interface is to expose open terms, not to provide legal interpretation or guarantee a commercial outcome.
