Artificial Stone Sourcing

Engineered Quartz Sourcing

VeyraStone does not currently publish an approved engineered-quartz product profile. This page helps prepare a sourcing enquiry that names the manufacturer, product, color, finish, slab format, application, destination, required certificates and responsible fabricator. Product composition, safety information, performance, warranty, availability and commercial terms must come from current supplier documentation.

Identify the exact product

Engineered quartz is not interchangeable at category level. Record the manufacturer, product or collection, color code, finish, slab dimensions, thickness, batch expectations and intended market. If the brief does not name a product, say that supplier discovery is required. Any proposed alternative should be compared through current datasheets, declarations, samples and written acceptance criteria rather than visual similarity alone.

Collect technical and safety documents

Ask for product-specific composition and safety information, applicable test reports, certificates, declarations, fabrication instructions, care guidance and warranty terms required by the project. Fabrication and installation can create occupational exposure that must be controlled under applicable law and workplace procedures. VeyraStone does not approve a workshop method, and a sourcing response should identify the responsible employer and fabricator.

Define supply and approval conditions

State quantity, dimensions, destination, needed date, packaging, marking and replacement strategy. Request authorized product imagery and a representative sample, then record the accepted product code and batch approach. A quotation should separate material supply from fabrication, installation, taxes, freight and other scope so comparisons do not rely on unstated assumptions.

Written confirmation

What to include in the next brief.

  1. Name the manufacturer, product code, color, finish, format, thickness and intended market.
  2. List required datasheets, safety information, certificates, declarations, tests and warranties.
  3. Identify the responsible fabricator, installation team and occupational-safety controls.
  4. Confirm sample, batch, quantity, packing, destination, schedule and quotation scope.

Evidence basis

Reviewed sources

Project inquiry

Turn this guide into a written project brief.

Include the application, material direction, dimensions, quantity, destination, needed date and required evidence. Current products, lots, documents, availability and commercial terms are confirmed in writing.
