The current cladding group spans marble, granite, quartzite, travertine and limestone. Vertical use can showcase movement and bookmatching, but low contact does not remove support, moisture, edge and safety questions. Distinguish an interior decorative finish from an exterior facade or high-level panel system; material relationships do not approve an attachment method or panel geometry.
Current slabs and pieces determine color, movement, veins, pores, repairs, reinforcement, usable yield and joint coordination. Full-slab imagery and physical samples support layout review, while mock-ups can reveal joints, returns, lighting and finish. For anchored or exterior work, request applicable material and system evidence rather than relying on a small interior sample.
Define location, height, exposure, substrate, panel dimensions, thickness, loads, support or anchors, joints, drainage, movement, fire or code needs, tolerances and inspection. Coordinate engineering, fabrication and installation responsibilities. Record packing, panel marking, sequencing and replacement strategy so approved pieces can be placed according to the intended elevation or room layout.
